CHAPTER 7
Experienced analysis of your debt, income, budget and your assets to ensure your case is a success. I charge a flat rate that ranges from $1,200.00 to $1,500.00 depending on the case. I do require the fee to be paid in full prior to filing the case.
CHAPTER 13
Budget conscious chapter 13 plans designed to address your income tax debt, secured loans, asset protection, mortgages, unsecured debt etc. I typically ask for an upfront initial retainer that ranges from $400.00 to $650.00 depending on the case. I do require the retainer to be paid prior to working on the case.
